I was very disappointed with the flowers that were sent for the price I gave. What I thought I ordered was an arrangement with red and white carnations with couple of pinecones in it in a red vase, what was sent was a clear straight vase with just red carnations and a couple of pinecones. This was for a celebration of life ceremony for someone and when I seen the arrangement I was truly disappointed. I’m not one that every complains about things and I know it’s a busy time being close to Valentine’s Day but for the price I gave it’s was to small

I am very sorry. I tried to contact you by phone. The order you placed was for a $45 arrangement. We prepared 8 red carnations along with 5 stems of eucalyptus & pinecones in an 8" vase. Here is how it breaks down: vase $8; 8 carns @ $2ea $16; 5 stems eucalyptus $6.50; 10 stems leather leaf fern $4; 2 pine cones wired onto sticks $2; Bow $2; labor $6.50 for a total of $45.00 and delivered it for additional $7.50. We provide fresh, high quality flowers and unfortunately prices have increased over the years. We hope you will consider us again in the future.
